Sojrn is about the intimate moments of immersing in another culture.

 

It’s the butterflies in your stomach when you first step off the plane, the conversations conducted half in charades, the magic of being invited into someone's home, the stolen glances with a stranger on the street, the burst of laughter in an awkward situation, the excitement of making a new friend, and the waves of gratitude and joy that wash over when you sit back to take it all in.

 

Those moments. The ones you can't predict but that leave you with the distinct feeling of being ALIVE.

They're hard to capture but our friend (and photographer) Josh Mojica does a pretty amazing job. So we sent him on a couple of chapters to illustrate the essence of Sojrn. Enjoy :)
