About you: 

You’re an on the ball extravert with a super high EQ. You have a sixth sense for understanding group dynamics, human motivation, and how people are feeling, even just through messages. You’re responsive, smart, fantastic at problem solving, and enjoy making people feel at ease. You’re also available to respond to emails and messages at odd hours, especially in the evenings and on weekends.

About your role: 

The Trip Coordinator role is a remote, part-time position (25 hours/wk, $30/hr) with the opportunity to come on full-time. Must be based on Eastern Standard Time. 

  • Point person from 7 days out to end of trip.

  • Oversees all trip group chats.

  • Makes sure all travelers have joined group chats.

  • Checks in with Trip Leaders and Chapter Hosts regularly.

  • Assists with Trip Leader and Chapter Host training and hiring.

  • First point of contact for on-trip issues.


  • Must be entrepreneurial-minded with strong problem solving skills.

  • Must be great with people and able to communicate with people from all backgrounds.

  • Must be an excellent communicator via email and phone.

  • Must be very prompt at responding - an always on type of person.

  • Must love travel and believe in the FTLO mission.

  • At least 2 years of work experience is required. If applicable, in your CV please explain what you achieved and why you left the role. 

  • Customer service experience preferred.

  • International travel experience preferred.

  • Based on Eastern Time Zone.

This position does not require travel but opportunities to join trips may be awarded.
