Bali is known as the Land of Gods for a reason. It is a place where you can experience multiple cultures intertwine and allow yourself to be swept away by the magic found in its arts, ceremonies, food and extremely welcoming people. Once you have experienced what this tropical island has to offer, you’ll definitely want to stay for more than just 4 weeks!

Our Mental Wellness in Bali chapter includes access to three different co-working spaces that are each equipped with fast and reliable wifi. For ultimate convenience, one of these locations is attached to your accommodation. The casual, Balinese-styled workspace has an open floor plan, incredible balcony views to the jungle, and even poolside recliners to take your remote office to the next level.

 

Should your requirements find you needing more, your local host will help you get what you need to work easily and effectively.

 

On top of all this, we’ve found great local cafes and restaurants around Bali to use as Sojrn Spaces—places where you can pop in for a chat, get some work done, or grab a bite to eat with other Chapter members.

Striving for Balance.

With Bali as your backdrop, we've designed a journey to help you focus on your mental and physical wellbeing. The month is broken up into four focuses: Soul, Mind, Body and Self-Reflection.

WEEK 1

Soul nourishing

The first week focuses on matters of the soul - specifically spirituality and connection. You'll explore the spiritual history of Bali and its people. During this week you will also have the opportunity to develop meaningful connections with soon-to-be friends via coffee sessions with other Chapter members. Get to know each other over a cup of kopi luwak, what is considered one of the most expensive coffees in the world!

  • Tegallalang Rice Terraces & Tirta Empul Temple Visit

  • Full Day with a Local Balinese Family

  • Wellness Wednesdays

WEEK 2

Rewiring the Mind

This week is about understanding and jumpstarting habits for improved mental wellness. Take this opportunity to explore the number of practices on offer to see what resonates for you and that you may want to bring back home post-Sojrn.

WEEK 3

Body wellness

Our mental state plays such a vital role in how we physically feel, and vice versa. These two aspects of ourselves are intrinsically linked and, therefore, equally as important to balance. This week's programming is all about taking care of your body as a component of mental wellness. 
 ​
Included Activities:

  • Sunrise hike up Mount Batur volcano (approximately 4.2 miles/ 6.8km)

  • Ayurvedic Cooking Class

  • Wellness Wednesdays

WEEK 4

Self Reflection

After 3 weeks of activities focusing on the key 3 areas that contribute to our overall wellbeing, it is time for some self-reflection. This week, you'll be supported in examining what makes you feel at peace and what changes you may want to take forward into your daily life to maintain that, no matter the circumstance

  • Closing Ceremony

  • Appreciation Circle

  • Farewell Dinner
