What People are Saying

“There was no lack of included and optional activities and events to choose from.  Even before leaving my home I had signed up for 24 of them and as more were added I signed up again and again!”

Darcy Dodd

"I recently returned from the Mental Wellness Chapter in Bali, and I can’t imagine having done it without Sojrn. We got to participate in some truly amazing cultural experiences that I’m sure we would have missed if we had planned the trip ourselves.”

Elle Crawford Cooke

“The activities were well thought out, providing us with an opportunity to learn about mental wellness and balance in life through teachings of the locals.”

Bali Chapter Notes

While this Chapter focuses on wellness, it is by no means a spa retreat.

The tap water in Indonesia is not safe for consumption, you will have a mineral water dispenser in the common area so please bring your own bottle to refill.

The coworking facility is down the road from the accommodation, so if you work at night it may be best to do so from your room.

You should expect a moderate level of physical activity. Ubud is a hilly region so be prepared for stairs and elevation.

The most common, easiest, and inexpensive way of getting around in Ubud is by taxi.

Bali is 12 hours ahead of Eastern Standard Time. If you are planning on working (which we don’t recommend unless you have flexible hours), be prepared that you will adopt a different sleep schedule and potentially miss out on activities.
